PLEASE read "herpes"....am I crazy?

signs of herpes in 12 to 15 hours? Is it possible? I slept at a motel last night with my girlfriend who does not have herpes and only slept underneith the down comforter which they probably never wash...i now have what looks like a bite on my butt with 3 red dots on the "bite" i also feel a lump in my butt (same side) that is sore when i went feeling around the area....is it possible that quick for it to occur? We got there around 4:00am last night (pretty shitty place)....it's now 7:00 pm...possible? anyone..you can laugh if you like..i just want to know
