Another "is it herpes" post

Hi,

I will see a doctor when I'm home but right now I'm in a 3rd world country with very expensive private care and really bad public care. I can't wait the two months to know.

I developed a red spot four days ago between vaginal area and anus and then two days later developed three our four little tears. Now they are are healed except one.

There were no blisters but there was open skin.

Sound like Herpes? Anything else?
