4. Join an organization that fights for a health care plan from your work/school such as the IWW because everyone should have a health care plan. Its a human right...
Now all of these things combined might not work. There is no guarantee. The virus may love your DNA and there is nothing you can do about it. But by doing all the things above you will at least reduce the chances of viral reactivation as much as you possibly can without the need for expensive medications and the like.
