i had one like that in the corner of my mouth. its just your skin healing.
things that will help it fade faster:

scar ease or mederma
neem
aloe
neosporin
coconut oil
olive oil

you can use any of these and it will help.

dont use any exfoliators or peels until its better
also skip make-up as much as possible on that area so the skin can breathe and heal.
