Why do you want to avoid C-Section? Does your health insurance covers for C-Section Delivery? Talk with the hospital to see what payment plan can be arranged. I've seen internet pictures showing 4 day old " Esther( not the baby's real name )" having HSV2 outbreak in the stomach and nose and mouth. The eyes and the forehand of the baby is covered in the picture. Also, in internet news from CNN.com, one baby boy was killed by HSV2 after the rabbi performed circumcision. The rabbi got the blood out with his mouth, and it is suspected the rabbi has mouth HSV2. The twin brother of the dead baby boy also got HSV2, and another baby boy circumsized by this same rabbi also got HSV2 that lead to the rabbi's arest.

Eating more vegetables, fewer meat, drinking wheat grass, swallowing raw galic might make the outbreak less severe. However, less severe does not meant you and the baby are safe. A few books I've read had suggested that the viruses might be doing its work, but the alkalizing of the blood makes us not be able to feel it, and will be dangerous for those with mouth herpes that hopefully the herpes is not damaging the eyes, the optic nerve, etc. Also, this might be your initial episode that even if you did everything, your body has not meet this virus before, and will have a severe outbreak. For swallowing raw galic, I don't chew for it is so hard to let the juice burn in the mouth, I cut them in small size and just swallow. I swallowed 4-8 cloves in two meals, and has to stop on the 4th day. My eczema camed out in my hand that I have to stop, so you have to be careful if other toxins in your body came out too, and might be harmful to the foetus. Also, raw garlic is blood thinner that you don't want to chew raw garlic 48-72 hours before any needle pick, as blood clot will be slower. Also, the side effect of eating more vegetables and drinking wheat grass in the long run is one will have low blood pressure as well as no blood came out during blood draw. I've experienced that. Low blood pressure will derive the brain to get the nutrients and oxygen it needs at the normal flow rate. Pls talk with your doctor on this before trying. I am just letting you know in case you want just one to three days having less itch, so as to arrange for paperwork with the hospital. And I am not a doctor. As you carried the baby to 38 months already, the doctor might even consider delivery anytime thru' C-Section. Take Care.
