I don't know whether anyone else has mentioned this, but I recommend getting on a good probiotic (acidopholous/bifidous). Go to a health food store and get a good brand that's stored in a refrigerator. Don't skimp on the cheap kind you can get in the grocery store. Take the recommended dosage every day, and if you feel the tingles, down twice the recommended dosage right away, and then take another regular dosage a few hours later.
