Re: Plugged ears from sinus allergies..any OTC cures??

I don't have an answer myself, but I would like to know as well.

I have had allergies on and off for several years but in the last two years I've had plugged sinuses and about 2-3 inner ear (otis media) infections a year! Right now I have an ear infection (always the left ear) and the Doc gave me Avelox. I've been trying everything but I always end up having to go to the Doc and going on Antibiotics ! I'm tired of Doctors and Antibiotics ! Surely there must be an alternative health way to deal with this, but I don't see much on the internet about ear infections at all.
