finally: a email back from crocs

i finally got not 1 but 6 emails back from crocs.com my complaint that the sizes were getting shorter and more narrow. heres the email:

We have tightened down our quality control recently. That might be the
reason the newer Beach model doesn't fit as well as your old ones. I can
assure you we are NOT filling Beach backorders with Cayman's. You can
log onto your account page to create the sales return, print out the
FedEx label and also place the exchange order if you'd like. You can try
to exchange them locally, but they might not honor your exchange since
you didn't buy from their store. Sorry for the inconvenience.

i can tell you all now, im not losing 10.00 of my refund to lose another 10.00 to reship another pait to me. they are 29.00 and that makes no sense. i took the chocolate (b.d. present) beach croces to dicks sporting goods. because i bought 2 more pair, they switched out the too small presents ones. im happy now!
