My remedy for plantar facitis and bone spurs.

I have plantar facitis (sp), lower back pain and bone spurs in my heels. I was in awful pain for several months with my feet. I saw a commercial for these arch supports and was on my way to recovery. http://www.goodfeet.com/Products/products.html

I felt some relief right away and now after years of wearing them have very little problems with my feet at all and only have to wear the arch supports when I have a flair up. When my lower back is hurting the arches help alot too.

I will add that the podiatrist I went to did me no amount of good at all and still took my money. Tweet
