Looks like you have got penty of advise. I had heel spurs years ago. A foot doctor tried courazone shots and custom shoe inserts which helped a while. I found something that works for me. I'm a runner which may speed up getting them. I stretch my cavlfs on a stair by putting the front part of my feet on the stair and drop my heels for a good stretch. I do this every night. If I miss to many nights they start to flare up. I've been doing this for about 15 years. I think there is a relationship between tight muscles and heel spurs. Havn't studied it much though. Again it works for me. Good luck!
