Low Hemoglobin - low iron

Hi: I read your response re the Ferrum Metallicum with interest. I have very low hemoglobin, very low iron and from the blood tests it indicates that my body is not absorbing the iron. Am so weak - have been taking iron supplements but are horrible - they are constipating and terrible for you. I have been giving myself B-12 shots and getting some iron shots.

I noticed you seemed to express in your message that the Ferrum Metallicum really did the trick for you. How much did you take - also there is Ferrum Phosphoricum which is indicated for anemia. I do not have a homeopathic doctor right now = can you give me some info on what you took.

Thanks a lot.
