The problem you have is that either starving yourself or overeating is a sign that you really cant love yourself for some reason. Learn to love yourself and stop critising yourself and your weight problem will find a natural solution without you having to use some sort of force. Learn to give your body food when it really needs to, learn to distinguish between emotional eating and hungry eating and listen to the fact that your body needs food but not everytime you feel bored or disappointed. stop abusing your body with too much or too little of something but just love life and yourself to feed yourself but dont binge...
