I just want to say, hang in there!! You can do it! Make health your goal. I know it's hard. I was a competative dancer until a couple of years ago—it was easy for eating disorders to get out of hand, though I was lucky to only struggle mildly. Just remember you are great, you’ll make it through. Be strong! An example is my mother. She finally got under control within this past year. She used different supplements to help her stabalize blood sugar. She also stopped eating sugar. She started eating the “good fats” and other things like that. Her food addictions and the roller coaster ended. It’s been over a year and she’s lost the 85 lbs she had put on after her divorce and she’s amazingly happy, healthy, and vibrant!! Her whole attitude is different. I will be happy to get you more info if you want! I believe in you. Keep courage!!!
