At all costs, stay away from DIET soda. The biggest lie that the food industry could feed the American people is that drinking soda (diet or not) is healthy, but then they go further and convince us to worry frantically about calories (less calories is NOT an acceptable and healthy solution to weight loss).
Aspartame is the chemical that makes diet soda "DIET". It is a dangerous chemical that eats away at the myelin sheath in the brain and sometimes mimics Muscular dystrophy. Put the word "Aspartame" in the search box and you'll see how dangerous
Aspartame is. I will also put a link at the bottom of this message for Muscle dysmorphia (bigorexia), the opposite of anorexia.
The most weight that can be lost in one day is lost in the toilet. This is not a joke, the more food you eat (junk food or ANYTHING), the more you go to the bathroom and keep your digestive system working and flush out all the accumulated junk that has been stuck inside of you. Drink the regular amount of water (3 or 4
quarts of water throughout the day) to improve digestion. At the top of this page, click on ALL FORUMS, check out the
Water Cure Forum (you should drink a half ounce of water for every pound of body weight). You would probably be able to lose a lot more weight if you stop eating solid food and just drink vegetable JUICES.
