Yeah, those are all good points, happydog. That's why I lied on the dairy question, I don't eat any dairy but I answered it that I eat 3+ servings daily, because I thought that was a better way to get the proper results.
I'll bet there were a fair number of old men who worked out in the sun when they were young, without sunscreen, and still made it this far.
Still, I'd say they are a step ahead from a lot of medical people! At least they recognize that coffee is bad.
I'd be interested to know how many current centinarians took prescription drugs before they were 90 years old - if so, which ones. I would assume that some would now be on some prescriptions but that would probably be a pretty resent thing, I somehow don't think most people would make it that far being all medicated for 40 years, know what I mean?
