It encourages plenty of dairy consumption.
It warns against going out in the sun without protective clothing and lots of sunscreen, says the sun will damage your dna.
It uses the new lower cholesterol guidlines, designed to make more people think they need Lipitor.
It doesn't discriminate between green and black tea, although black is acidifying to the body and often served iced with Sugar or artificial sweetners.
It generalizes that having family drop by is great for stress, without knowing if it's the mother-in-law from hell, or your idi*t brother who always needs a loan or to borrow something.
It encourages mammograms to prevent cancer and even directs you to the American Cancer Society! Right, I'll start getting mammograms when they start urging men to get "manograms" using the same machines!
