Been through three rounds of DMSA chelating, each time I feel a lot better during the process. Not taking any supplements aside from vitamin C however. A mistake, I know. I've stopped the rounds for a couple weeks and have been taking zinc (30mg once a day). My heart rate is faster than usual now, blood pressure is low, and my breathing has become more frequent when I start to exercise. I'm very healthy though... How can I tell if I have a copper or a zinc deficiency or toxic effect without a test? Are there any tell symptoms? Why do I feel so much better during and immediately after a round of DMSA without supplements? Which chelates faster with DMSA and how much faster, Mercury, Copper, or Zinc? Please let me know, I find it hard to find this information. Thank you.
