There are herbal remedies (laxatives) that will make you empty your bowels even when fasting.

Also, there are other, non- herbal oral enema recipes, like drinking water and magnesium-sulfate, or drinking water and unrefined ocean salt.


Some people can fast without empting bowel daily, but that is certainly not healthy for most people ...
