Opposite reaction to Dr. Jensens bowel cleans

Hi -

I purchased Dr. Jensen's book and was enthusiastic about the 7 day cleans. I did not do the colema w/the fast, just chose to do the fast.

I did the fast for 3 days and found the result to be the opposite. Instead of cleansing I was constipated. Once I began injest food and stopped using the supplements prescribed my system has gone back to what it once was. Regular elimination daily.

Is there something in the supplements that could have caused the reaction I had?
