Hey melanie, me and you have the same goal, 150! i'm at 195 now, last time i did a 9 day fast i got down to 175, but i didn't ease out of the fast to well and it all came back. this time i did more research and i'm prepared and more educated on the subject so i know how to ease in to and out of a fast safely. its also reccomended to write your meals on an index card for about 4 weeks after a fast so you won't gain all the weight back.
