Medifast is kind like optifast -- I take in 5 90 calorie shakes or supplements a day - that's it. I have to be careful when posting here - I don't want it to look like I'm touting or selling a particular program. Let's just say that after 15 days of lemonaid and pepper, this is a huge treat!!
The Master-Cleanse went really well. I cheated a bit on day 4, and made myself tack on another 10 days, and ended on Friday. After the 5th day it was a piece of cake. I started at 217 and when I finished I weighed 199 for a total loss of 18 pounds. Today I'm 197.5 - so I'm going to keep on fasting until I reach 175. Though my ultimate goal is 150 (haven't seen that since high school and I'm 40) LOL
My hope is find lots of support on this board cuz I'm going to need it.
