esp when you get it do the under eye pull up ones/ they will make any saggy skin there
gradually diminish and disappear.
This book was a virtual life saver to me.
after a series of very bad head injuries for nearly a decade I still looked
like a boxer after a fight lol !
took me all day just to get a bit of the swollen tissue down from around my eyes.
When I got this book about 2 years ago now, It has worked on my face incredibly
I also lost a great deal of wt(from having so many years sedentary as I healed,)
By using this book, I have avoided the usual facial wrinkle that many folks get.
I lightly moisturise my face before doing the exercises, to increase mobility of skin.
the exercises that work on the facail lines nest to nose to mouth areas are a bit hard.. bu they pay off big time as you progress..
I see 20 years old folks pictures that have these lines deeper than I do !
and Iam 47 8)
still working on damaged under eye areas,
but at least they are back looking normal, with a light sag under them,
when I do the exercises they diappear very fast..
so i know i have that about licked now as well.

Just keep doing them start with 5 at a time,
(counts) then work to 10 .
remember also to give face a break about every 3 months,
like any muscles, they will build up a plateau and so need a break
to start again with new resistance rebuild after about a 3 week rest every 3 months.
