Re: Can Wrinkles be Reversed Once they Appear?
When I was about 30 I started getting wrinkles because of a serious illness. I no longer, at 40, have wrinkles. I drink low-sodium V8 juice - a big glass. I drink lots of water, get plenty of calcium, magnesium and potassium, Vitamin C and B5 and beta carotene (in the V8 juice, also loaded with Vitamin C). It is really a good idea to get the beta carotene, Vitamin C, B5 and as much as is possible - the calcium, magnesium and potassium from food sources. I notice a much bigger difference in my skin when I do. And make sure you drink plenty of water, even add a splash of lemon in it.
I do use a Vitamin C serum - the one that Adrien Arpel sells on the HSN. I use typically the Essence of Time moisturizer, also sold on HSN. I am 40 and the people in my family freak out because I have no wrinkles. No - I don't use sunblock either unless I'm going to the beach - and that's because I burn really easily.
Oh and facial exercises are beneficial. They help with the skin sagging, especially around the jowels, cheek and eye area.
All I need to do is figure out how to keep the gray gone without having to do a dye job.
