One of the Amalgams I had removed was by a conventional dentist (that tooth needed a crown because it was decaying around the amalgam) and this certainly exposed me to large amounts of mercury; subsequently, I had remaining Amalgams removed by biological dentist and followed the proper protocol; no chelation was done has apparently my system wasn't ready for chelation (even chlorella was too harsh); I still haven't gone through chelation per se yet (although I did take arctic alginate and that can gently remove heavy metals); I had a provoked urine test for heavy metals (with DMSA) done a few weeks ago and will be talking to my naturopath in 2 weeks to see my current heavy metals levels; he thinks my body might be ready for heavy chelation but he was concerned that he wouldnt be able to monitor my progress as I will be out of the country for a while.
It has been a while since removal and I had ups and downs (like you I had 4 vaccinations done after removal) and I also been looking to finally get rid of my root canals (I know my mouth is a nightmare) so Im aware that I can be challanging my immune system by doing too many things.
One thing that been helping me coping with all this is aminoacids (platinum plus), himalayan salt, minerals and EFAs
