Hair Analysis Result

So I am suprised the result came back so fast, it's only been less than one week since I sent it in. Well I guess it helps that I live in Chicago, and only a mile or two away from the DDI Lab.

So for the samples I skipped seafood for 1 week, but cheated and ate 2 small piece of fried squid 36 hours before I took the sample. That should be okay right? since i heard i am not suppose to eat seafood only 30 hours before...Anyways, my results for toxic are:


Arsenic (High) 0.095 Ref <0.080___70 percentile
Mercury (High) 2.1 Ref <1.1____83 percentile

And I have HIGHS (above the reference) in these essential elements: Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Zinc, and Chromium

and Low in these: Copper, Maganese, Iodine, Lithium, and Germanium.

My main symptoms are: muscle & joint aches, tremors, muscle twitches, Eye floaters & poor night vision, fatigue, feel my heartbeat everywhere, occasional headaches, frequent canker sores, chronic sinus infection on MRI (but i don't feel any sinus problem)

I have 11 Amalgams total, 2 of them are root canals which I am considering having them pulled. My problems started after getting the Menningitus and Hep A&B twinrix( 2/3 dose) vaccine. I also had a tetnus shot 7 months before everything started.

I have a mercury problem right? What do you think? Thanks for your comments in advance :)
