Do you know anything about it?

Unfortunately, that's most of what I know...Hopefully some more people will notice this and be able to help out!

It seems to be potentially a pretty BIG thing..!!..

Perhaps it has something to do with the mind being expanded...the soul being expressed more...---and to include the heart, it's usually beating at a more active, faster pace than normal at dilation.

Highly emotional--whatever emotion you choose to express comes on full blast in just a few seconds. And there's the potential of being to make everything a concious decision--emotions (inner feelings), out appearance, sensations, ..and onward to more supernatural abilities like levitation, esp., morphing, etc...
