ok, is it APPENDICITIS of some sort of VIRUS??

how do you know for sure if you have appendicitis.
It's been 3 days now, I feel better, but still tenderness in my intestines, and some pain in my lower abdomen, mostly right...especially when gas passes through there.

lower back is achy.

I had fever first day up to 101.5, diarhea, hard time passing gas, bloating, and pain in the abdomen. After I ate food, abdomen was swallen and tender....

next day, no fever, no diarhea, bloating got down, but tenderness and pain is still there, mostly in the lower right part..and I was VERY tired all day....

third day, no fever, feeling much better, but still pain present, especially when gas is travelling through intestines... still low back pain, mostly on the right side..

If it were appendicitis, wouldn't I be much worse on the third day?

Could it be chron desease?

i haven't been eating much since yesterday...mostly water, some juice, soup, ezikeil bread with olive oil...

I've been taking some oil of oregano and olive tree extract in water too...
