Thanks white tiger and 2dreem for your suggestions. Aside from developing weightloss and arthritis, I've developed many food allergies that are connected to inflammation in the classic RA joints whenever I eat things like beef, oily foods, walnuts, gluten, and another long list. I wonder if this is related to the mineral loss? But in what way? I'm trying the P&B shakes, but I'm having a slight allergic reaction to it. Anyhow, I'll keep persisting with the cleanses and reminerializing. It's just a difficult process.
