I use 20 ppm pure colloidal (ionic) Silver. When I have the start of a sore throat I just spray a little on the infected area. 9 times out of ten it just goes away. The longer you wait the more damage is done to the infected area and it will take more time to heal. I also put it in the eyes, inhale it, drip in ears, drink it etc.
