Yeah, it's hard. But by being a good example of what can happen when you eat well, and by talking over and over to them about how toxic some foods is and how healthy raw(I ingrained in them the teachings of raw so that they never forget) is I've been able to get them to change their ways. It just took persistence. After awhile they started realizing that they didn't want to be poisoning their body with all these bad foods. And I never demanding anything, or told them they had to do anything. I just provided them the good food and the information. It took months though, but now they eat mostly raw foods, with a cooked dinner, and I allow them a treat every weekend. My son is clearing his acne, my other has cured his OCD and depressive/anxiety disorder. Their pretty smart, they know what's good for them. They are being bombarded every day with the tempation of junk food and and are brainwashed to believe it's okay to eat these things. So you have to bombard them twice as much with the truth. It's worked for me. But it was no easy trip, and I endured a lot of complaining in the begginning. But it's something that will be with them for life and will effect everything that happens to them.
