Re: UPDATE on my 5 years old.....POSSIBLE STREP

I wouldn't give him tomato from a package. Even natural tomato soup can harbor a lot molds, and can also have solvents in it from the manufacturing. It is also dead lifeless food that only take energy from the body, instead of give the body energy.

Everything else looks good, but again applesauce from a can, can have a lot of unwanted things in it.

I think the best thing for him would be fresh fruits and veggies, preferably raw, steamed, or made into soups as you are doing.

Apples and watermelons are very good.

Just make sure theres nothing out of a can, Hulda Clark s always stresses that foods out of cans and boxes almost always have molds, solvents, and other pollutants that poison the body and stress the immune system.

Smoked turkey and ezekiel bread aren't the best things, I know that I feel ill everytime I eat bread of any kind, including ezekiel. At a time of illness eating mostly fruits is best. Meat's take a lot of energy away from the body to be digested.

What's real juice? Is it bottled? Bottle pasteurized juice is toxic and stresses the immune system, fresh juices are the only juice that should be drunk.
