Sofia-A Million Thanks

After your post and suggestions about using sole yesterday, I tried making a weaker solution of sole and drinking it throughout the day. Originally I mixed 1.5 teaspoons of sole into a quart of distilled water (the only kind I drink). It was a little strong so I added more water. Last night, a near miracle happened (at least it was for me).

For many months now I have had to get up every one to two hours during the night to urinate. Huge quantities of urine would come out. In the daytime things were pretty normal. I usually drank 2-3 quarts of distilled water plus some fruit juice and, occasionally, a soft drink, lemonade or fruit punch for an energy boost at work. I usually went to the bathroom every two to four hours, it was during the night I had to keep going. I tried not drinking very much after a certain hour, I adjusted the timing on my supplements or sometimes skipped them. Nothing ever kept me from getting up every hour or so and it was wearing me out. I doubt if I went into deep sleep very often. I usually awoke as tired in the morning as I was when I went to bed.

After only one day of sipping sole throughout the day I only had to get up one time. Its been a long, long time since I have slept that well. I assume the sole helped my body absorb water on a cellular level and helped equalize the potassium/sodium ratio. Whatever caused the effect, sleeping through the night was such a blessing. I am still sipping sole along with drinking my usual water. I hope the improvements keep coming!

Thanks so much for your advice. Hopefully, this might help others who have to get up and "go" several times at night. I wonder if it might even help older bed wetters?
