My son has been diagnosed with OCD

My 8 yr. old son has been diagnosed with OCD. Rather than put him on medications, I would like to try a natural approach 1st. I have read that there can be multiple causes for developing OCD (and other anxienty disorders for that matter). He also has asthma and severe allergies. Our family has changed much of what we eat (mostly organic now), the water we drink and shower in, Sugar in take, etc... What I've read so far that may possibly help him is a parasite cleanse, heavy metal cleanse (I already bought a clear clay bath metal detox but havent used it yet), liver cleanse, colon cleanse, candida cleanse, etc.... I think these things should be considered and will help him much more than medications. It seems that the information I read is usually inconsistant. A NAET dr. we went to said he needs a liver cleanse but not to do a candida cleanse. Someone else I spoke with said he needs a parasite cleanse 1st and doesn't need a liver cleanse at all. We did the candida spit test and he definitely has candida (according to the test anyway). I don't know which cleanse to do 1st and in which order, what cleanses are safe for a child (for example I have read the Wormwood is dangerous for children but I have seen parasite cleanses for children that contain it), where do I get cleanses for children or do I make them myself. My paramount concern is for the safety of my son. I am at a loss. It seems the more research I do the more confusing it gets. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
