Your on the right track. Go easy on the nuts and seeds. Soaking them to break down the enzyme inhibitors is eesential. It is also very importnatn to choose organic produce.
For mineralization, you may find a good blended green smoothie to get you mineralized. I would take apple, celery, some kale or collards, extra water and blend. Also good quality kelp powder could be added (bout a tsp or two). Drink this daily.
Also if you want, try this as well. My version of the alkalinizing drink ;-)
Juice of one lemon
3 good shakes of cayenne
4 good shakes of celtic or himalayan salt
2 tsp of organic/unsulphered Black Strap Molasses
Optional
teaspoon of kel powder
teaspoon of angstrom calcium (wateroz)
teaspoon of angstrom magnesium (wateroz)
Juicing can be very beneficial in the early stages. Also use both digestive and systemic enzymes.
Bowel cleansing and
Liver Cleansing are also very beneficial. For bowel cleansing I prefer Okra/Pesin E3 (Kelley Recommended)
For
Liver Flushing I prefer a combo of
Andreas Moritz 's
Liver Flush mixed with Julia Chang's pre cleanse protocol. This can take down the number of flushes necessary to just a handful.
Also do a chemical cleanup in your life. Air is number one for physical health, water number 2 and food number three. A rebounder added to the mix would help too.
Also remember that spiritual, mental, and emotional health comes first.
