Re: Supplement for sleep?/Teeth grinding

If a full mouth splint for teeth grinding is cumbersome and seems to keep you awake ask your dentist about this. They now or can make a small splint that just fits on the 4 front teeth either bottom or top. I prefer bottom. You would think it would be to much pressure on the front teeth but actually your front teeth are very powerful if their in go shape. Anyway, it is much more pleasant to wear while sleeping because it is small and you hardly know its there. The medical name is a NTSL bite splint or something with those initials in it. Im not sure but it starts with a N. Ask you dentist about it and settle for nothing less. Jm
