As far as the environmental stuff, do lots of detective work at your work place and at home in the neighborhood. There is no mystery as to why you are sick. All problems occure do to toxicity and lack of nutrition. Toxicity also has lack of flow as part of its complications that must be dealt with in the form of colon cleansing, liver cleansingk, etc, after toxiccity has taken hold.
