Oh boy! A lot of stressors for me this time of year. It's hot, I'm menopausal and my husband works 24/7 during the summer, which I feel guilty beacuse I'm not there helping him. I'm sitting in a chair all day at a computer doing administrative work. They moved half of my working buddies to another office about two weeks before this started. There's only a handful of us left in a big upstairs building. I could go on and on. This is probably why my doctor put me on an anti-depressant. I have no family around where I live. I could go on and on. But I really felt I had it all under control, which maybe I don't.

I've been juicing in the morning. Carrots, celery, parsley. Oatmeal for breakfast. Salad with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Veggies for dinner, or spaghetti whole grain. Drink lots of water. Was drinking wine, not latley though. Kashi trail mix bar for dessert. None of those latley either. I started eating like this a few weeks ago.

Thanks for your help. Oh and I have tried oil swishing 3 times.
