Weird question - inundated with salt, what to do?

alright a friend of mine did something dumb. he had a problem in his apt. (mold? i think, honestly can't remember) anyway someone told him to sprinkle salt all around and that this would help. he did, then he did some more, and really over did it. now his entire apartment is totally inundated with salt. it has somehow gotten everywhere, and i mean EVERYWHERE! its in his clothes, bed etc. washing does not get it out cause its in the environment. now his blood pressure is climbing and has even topped out in the dangerously high level. he tried several different air filters and none seem to remove the salt.

i told him i'd ask here, so any suggestions? i mean he is doing potassium broths. but how does he get it out of his clothing, bedding, carpet, car, etc.? Tweet
