Thanks so much for the information. When I found the crystal after a couple of years of not using it, it just seemed "right" to use it in my water again. I'm glad to know there is a reason for my intuition to do this. All this pain, weakness, stress and medication has me in such brain fog sometimes it seems like I can't remember things I used to know so well. The term fog is so appropriate for what I am going through.
