Youre most likely dealing with a cavitation, where the peridontal ligament wasnt properly removed with the extraction, and as new tissue is grown to cover the area, it can leave a breeding ground for bacteria whcih can infect parts of the jaw bones; you might need to have cavititational surgery where they open up the area and remove the infected bone.
