Tooth removal - infection

Hello all:

I had my wisdom teeth removed as they were all coming out crooked and hurting other molars. Now the gap on the bottom right is infected. What is the best way to cure that. I usually do not like to take Antibiotics . In the past I have put salt and turmeric powder in that area and it was fine. But now it hurts a lot.

Any ideas?
