Hi beej - thanks for the suggestion. I do have a good quality champion juicer. I am only able to have small amounts of juiced greens with at most a half of a carrot added. Too much quantity of green juice or using anything sweet in the juice causes blood Sugar dips and other issues for me. Having even a small amount of green juice revs my hunger up shortly after. I find it actually makes it more challenging to lose weight, though it's so good for me in other ways.
