Wow, it sounds like you're dealing quite a few issues (which you know ALL about and we know virtually nothing). But I'm concerned and confused:
--you can't drink fresh green juices because it causes blood
Sugar fluctuations?...but you can eat non-starchy vegetables (most all non-starchy vegetables are green). So, that doesn't seem to make any sense at all
--you can't eat vegetarian, because it's was a disaster for your health?
--you eat a high protein, good fat, non-starchy vegetables.
--you can't exercise because of low energy and pain.
--you've totally flushed/cleansed every major organ.
--you're dealing with Lyme disease, menopause (in some stage), diabetes (?), and you mention other things, as well.
Hmmm, well, "the basics" are (obviously) that you can't/won't lose weight without eating fewer calories, or burning more calories. And if you can't/won't change your diet, and you can't/won't exercise...and you've flushed your liver totally clean of stones & sludge (so it's processing oil and fats properly) and all your other major organs and elimination channels are cleansed & flushed thoroughly...then it's hard to guess what you're looking for as far as advice. It seems like most anything anyone could offer you've already eliminated as a possibility. (?)
I'm obviously missing something somewhere.
What "treatment" are you taking for Lyme disease?
What other health issues are you dealing with?
Do you eat raw fruits or vegetables of any type?
How many bowel movements do you have daily/weekly?
How much water do you drink daily?
Are you taking any pharmaceutical medicines/prescriptions?
Are you taking supplements other than the natural progesterone?
Why are you taking thyroid meds if your thyroid tests normally?
And anything else you can think of :)
I don't know if I'm the one that can help you out, but if you'll post as much information as you can, I bet somebody around here can give you some pointers and/or good advice.
