Most skin problems are a result of (1) poor
eating regimens, and (2) toxic waste that
lines the intestinal tract.

You've heard of eczema. It's a very nasty
skin disease. Go to the Eczema forum here
on CZ, and read a recent testimonial from
a woman who HAD eczema, and cleared it up
completely -- as well as a lot of other
problems -- by becoming a vegetarian, and
doing lots of intestinal cleanses. The
post is entitled, "To AUNTY (LONG)."

You need to do, what she did: become a
vegetarian who eats mostly living foods,
and spend the next year or so, doing
liver, colon, and kidney cleanses. The
cleanses are neither difficult nor expensive.
Once your intestinal tract is clean, and
you're eating living food, most of your
health problems will disappear.

Stay away from Antibiotics . They kill off
all the good bacteria in your small intestine
and colon, and make it all but impossible
for your body to digest food. And that's
a major reason why you want to banish animal
food from your life. Meat and milk, especially, are loaded with Antibiotics .

Is there any possiblility of moving from that
moldy house? I can tell you don't want to be
there. Could you survive, financially, in a
pretty rural setting for a year? The change
of eating-regimen and the cleansing will go
much smoother, if you like the space in which
you're living.

Your body wants to heal itself. but it needs
your help. Clean all the accumulated gunk
out of your tubes, and feed your body
clean living food, and lots of pure water.
It sounds like an overly simple solution,
but it really IS what you -- and just about
anyone who is sick -- should do to begin the
healing process.

After you read that testimonial I suggested,
you might want to communicate with the woman
who wrote it. She could inspire you to emulate
her.
