Thank you for your response Owen.

I understand what you're saying, but many of these statistics, as well as the example of Arnold, are linked to much more serious supplements (Andro, growth hormone, testosterone boosters) and steroids as opposed to supplements consisting of protein, creatine, and carbs.

Now I only take the all natural whey protein, but a lot more than a tablespoon. I'm still not sure whether a well balanced diet with large amounts of protein (100+ grams daily) is proven to be harmful for a bodybuilding how engages in high intense training 5 times a week. There are a countless number of sources that can claim the opposite.

What about creatine? Some of the same logic is applied to it, in addition to the fact that is naturally produced in the body and is found in beef, but an increase in amount could be highly beneficial.. Is this true?

Also, would you happen to know of trustworthy companies/brands who produce all natural healthy supplements?
