I'm glad to hear that your husband seems to
be feeling better.

I take vitamin C in crystal (powder) form.
My daily dosage is 14,000 mg per day. 10,000
mg of that is sodium ascorbate crystals,
and 4,000 mg is ascorbic acid crystals.
I've been buying my vitamin C from Bronson
Vitamins since 1977. Linus Pauling listed
them as a reliable source, and I've stuck

Your health food store will probably not have
either version of vitamin C in crystal form,
However, buy some 1,000 mg tablets, and get
your husband going on them. You can order
the powdered or crystal form, if you choose to
