Vitamin C

Hi, Owen,

I shall read the bottle of the Vitamin C Complex -- if the store might happen to be open tomorrow -- we live in a border town so it might be. It sounds as though you take your Vitamin C in powder form? As in loose crystal?

I used to be a great believer in supplements but have gone off them over the past couple of years here on Curezone. I thought that Vitamin C which had once been popular because of Linus Pauling had gone out of favour, but it seems to be coming back.

Thank you again for your input -- time to get the equipment working for juicing, etc.
