There are a great many other herbs that have no caffeine and are just as beneficial,
if not more so, than *green tea*
you can get alot of these in herbal extract forms.
I add several herbal extracts to my water,
so I don't drink much tea tho I do love blueberry tea 8)
If you buy organic herbs in bulk you will save lots of $
I like to get my herbs from
http://www.mountainroseherbs.com
the prices there for a 4 ounce bag of herbs is about 1/4 the cost of commercially
packaged and boxed created teas.
just please never ever use an aluminum steeper..I pour mine off into a stainless
strainer when I pour it into my cup.
the link I gave you has white teas as well , bu they are more expensive
(they seem to be .. but really are still less considering for between
2.60 -3.00 perbox (some times 4 $ even) you only get 20 bags
and when you buy 4 ouncesfor 10 $ I guarantee you will get a better quality ,
and more actual product for your money.
mountainrose herbs organically grows its own herbs and/or if they didn't grow it,
they state where it is from and if certifed organic or not.
check out the single herb extracts there as well.
I LOVE dragon herbs products (Ron Teeguarden's Farm)
He and his wife have a most beautiful place and grow fantastic herbs
of very high quality for extracts and capsules and some teas as well
They will send you a catalog if you ask , which is super, cause it also
discusses in depth the properties of each plant used in their products.
Also at the website, when you click on a product, it will show a picture
of all herbs in the product, and then when you click on each little picture
of the plant, it will tell you its properties .
They have a very nice and informative setup , easy to move thru the site.
