I have lots of Chinese green tea. (orgaganic grown, whole leafes, no bags)
I just wanted to tell you that last weekend I had my Chinese friends here, whom gave me the tea (months ago) and their gandmother is the "tea farmer".
In my kitchen they showed me how to make the tea as they do at home.
First you should leave the leafes (I figure same thing with bags!)for some seconds in boiling hot water and throw away the water.
Then you can add the water for your tea.
