They both seem to be great products (haven't tried them however)
personally I have tried perfect food from garden of life and didnt really feel a big difference - I now use green vibrance and stand by that product 100% as I feel a big energy boost when I take.
In the end, I would stick with the product works for you and its reasonably priced and comparable to other superfoods (everyone is different).
